健康診断
おとといの話ですが会社で健康診断がありました。
私たちは仕事柄、不規則で食事もお弁当や外食が多く
デザインセクションではPCの前に座りっぱなしになる時間が長くて運動不足ぎみ。
前の会社でもそうでしたがだいたい5年もいると皆太ってくる。
そして毎週、あるある大辞典でいいと言われた野菜や飲み物に詳しくなる。
２０代はまだ若さで乗り切れますが歳をとってくるとそうもいかない。
逆に若いときのツケがやって来るのです。
皆、それぞれ悲喜こもごもの診断結果でしたが
自分の体、自分でなんとかするしかないのです。
早く帰って早く寝られるように仕事をとっとと終わらせる腕を磨くのも自分のためであります。
